There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.  So please take a moment to read the following testimonials. Dave Knight will get your home sold! He just listed and sold our home in the hills and we are happily at our new place in San Diego.

For six months we worked with another agent at the exact same price. We got to a point where we needed to make a change and try something different. After reading Dave’s testimonials and talking to one of his past clients, we hired him immediately and relisted at the same price as Dave advised. Within two weeks someone from Northern California wrote an offer and our home SOLD!

When we first met with Dave he told us that 100% of his marketing focus was geared towards exposing the home to buyers and buyer’s agents online. His marketing strategy proved to be distinctly different from the past agent. We were very impressed.

June 23, 2011 - You know the tale well. Once upon a time there was a damsel (well, our elderly mother) in distress over the sale of her home. She was anxious and excited about moving to Las Vegas but nervous about accomplishing same. She sought help from high and low and was finally rescued by her “Knight” in shining armor; that is, Dave Knight.
Early on, we had turned to another real estate agent to assist us in selling her home but, after quite a lengthy time, we had no luck in doing so. Then along came Dave Knight – someone who works hard, day or “Knight”, to lessen the burden of selling a home during this current economy. When we needed assistance in packing, Dave put us in touch with the right people. When we needed to haul away “junk” or donate various items, Dave gave us the information we needed. When we needed cleaning services, Dave found us someone capable and accommodating. When the sale of her home was complete and we had to locate a real estate agent in Nevada, Dave again came through for us. Basically, when we had questions, we got answers!
Since our mother is disabled, we had to make certain that the showing of her property worked around her schedule, and well as for that of her caregiver. Dave made that happen. He was flexible yet strong in presenting the property to buyers.
In a relatively short amount of time, a buyer was found and after minimal negotiations (all of which went smoothly), a sale was confirmed. At every turn, Dave led the way. We were able to accomplish so much, and with such ease, in a short period of time. Of course, we could not have done this without Dave.

This is a testimonial for Dave Knight, who sold my parents house in December, 2010. My parents moved from their Altadena home of 50 years to Assisted Living in May, 2010. Dave was referred to us by my uncle who knew Dave from church.

Dave was honest and hard-working. Houses were not selling at the time, but Dave was able to advertise and attract enough people to view the home to find a buyer. When traffic through the house was slow, Dave held a catered luncheon for the realtors in the community at the house. The realtors then brought their clients who might like the house by to view it.

Dave called at least once a week to update us on what was happening with advertising, the number of people who had seen the house, the level of interest in buying the house, why people liked or didn’t like the house, and even how many times a particular home-seeker had visited the house. Dave communicated more frequently, even as much as daily, when necessary and always responded quickly when I contacted him. He is friendly and easy to talk with.

I live in Oregon, and my parents moved up here to Oregon, so it was difficult for us to deal with the house sale from a distance. Dave helped us with inspections and minor repairs that needed to be done at the house.

When 2 potential buyers made bids, Dave handled negotiations smoothly. He also constructed a spreadsheet to show the different terms of the offers so that we could compare which buyer would be better for us.
