He holds a degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University. He has been full time in Real Estate sales for 7 years and in that time has excelled and become a sought after mentor, teacher and consultant. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Keller Williams Realty in Pasadena. He has been engaged in transactions worth over $200 million dollars over the course of his career.  A former Marine, Mr. Starratt is graduate of Claremont McKenna College, he lives with his wife and three children in Pasadena, CA.
