Granite Park Pasadena is the name of the new development of luxury condominiums that will be built just to the East of S. Lake Ave. and E. California Blvd (on the North side of California Blvd.).  The development will consist of seventy-one luxurious condos, some of which will feature 1,400 square foot terraces.  Each condo will have a different design.  Estimated month of completion is the end of October '09.  Recently I was invited to the Granite Park Pasadena Sales Gallery and was amazed at the brilliant designs these luxurious condominiums will have.   Their elegance and style will draw Pasadena buyers looking for a high end condo that they can call home.

Buying Information

If you are interested in buying one of these luxury condominiums, here is what you need to do.  First, fill out the Granite Park Pasadena information form.  We will call you to schedule a time for you to see the Sales Gallery located on South Lake Avenue (10:30am-5pm M-F or 10am-6pm Weekends). 

If you like what you see, you will have the opportunity to put down a $25,000 deposit that is refundable at any time (Of the eleven appointments, six condos have been reserved).  In January '09 these Granite Park condominiums will go to contract at 3% down.  There will be at least two phases, and the best deals will be in the 1st phase.  The estimated month of completion is the end of October 2009.
